Landlord Relations & Onboarding

This team is the first point of contact for new and existing landlords. They handle onboarding, explain leasing options, provide support with documentation, and ensure that all partners feel confident and informed throughout the process. Their goal is to make letting with Winslow Group simple, secure, and profitable

Local Authority Partnerships

Our partnerships team works directly with council housing departments, procurement officers, and public sector contractors. They coordinate property placements, manage service-level agreements, and ensure we meet the ever-changing requirements of our government partners.

Compliance & Quality Control

Keeping every property safe, legal, and up to standard is the responsibility of our compliance department. From ensuring valid EPCs, EICRs, and gas safety certificates to fire safety assessments and HMO licensing, they are the guardians of regulatory excellence and housing integrity.
