PSL (Private Sector Leasing)

Winslow Group partners with local authorities to deliver the Private Sector Leasing Scheme, providing landlords with long-term leasing options — typically 12months– 10 years. We lease your property, facilitate any processes, and place tenants referred by authorities. Fixed Rental income throughout the lease term, social impact, helping local families find safe housing.
